BBC Hydraulics
Seals and Bearings
BBC Hydraulic Seals and Bearings has been revived as a new start up. Originally registered as BBC Hydraulics Seals Supplies cc, it operated from 1999 to 2006. The new company is owned by two black, young women (Lungile Cindi and Zanele Cindi) under the mentorship of the previous owner (Mr Amos Cindi, their father) who has more than 10 years’ experience in the sector both as employee and employer.
The two owners registered BBC Hydraulic Seals and Bearings (Pty) Ltd in 2016. They have re-branded the business while still maintaining the core values that have been the underlying pillars of this family business. The new company has adopted fresh and innovative ways of conducting business, and place a strong emphasis on empowerment of both the staff employed and communities in which it will operate.
